1Q: There has been a growing concern about the pesticide residues in teas. What have you done to make sure your teas are safe for consumption?

1A: In association with The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, our teas are tested against EU's Maximum Residue Levels (MRL) for the commonly used pesticides and fertilizers, including DDT, BHC, fenvalerate (RS+SR, RR+SS), cypermethrin, biphenthrin, cyhalothrin, buprofezin, and methamidophos.

2Q: How can I evaluate your tea quality?

2A: We provide free tea samples up to 4 varieties to potential customers. You have no obligation to place order unless you are totally satisfied with the quality.

3Q: Can you make custom packaging for my private label teas?

3A: We provide private label packaging service to customers who wish to receive the tea pre-packed in their own brand. Please click here for details.

4Q: Can you supply tea that is not listed in this website?

4A: The tea you're looking for may not be our regular product item, but we're happy to respond to enquiries about any Chinese tea in any price range, and see how we can serve you.

Orders

5Q: Is there a minimum order amount or quantity?

5A: We accept orders as small as 1 kg of any loose tea and 100 teabags of any blend (click here for blends available). Order for loose tea should be made in the multiple of 1 kg; and teabags should be made in the multiple of 100 for each blend.

Pricing and Payment

6Q: What is your quoting terms?

6A: All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, ex-stock Vancouver, B.C.

7Q: How do I pay?

7A: Payment can be made by cheque (customers in Canada only, payment will take 5-7 days to clear), wire transfer (payment will take 2-3 days to clear; bank charge may be added); and credit cards through PayPal (2% of the invoiced total will be added to cover partial PayPal fee).

Delivery

8Q: How will the teas be delivered?

8A: Standard delivery will be made by expedited parcel in North America and by sea internationally. Order usually will be shipped in 2 working days after the payment is cleared.
