Pai Mu Tan (White Peony)
This tea is delightful in the evening, with great character plus a fine, flowery aroma.
Origin: Fujian

Shou Mei (Peony Eyebrow)
This tea yields a delicate mellow flavor. Leaves are large (bold) and bulky, producing orange red liquor
with golden notes.
Origin: Fujian

Yinzhen (Silver Needle)
This is the most glamorous and costly white tea. Its marvelous leaves resembles needles covered by silvery tips, and yields a crystalline, pale mandarin liquor with the subtle fresh fragrance of buds.
One of the Best Ten Chinese Teas.

Brewing suggestion for White tea
Put 3 to 5 g of tea leaves in 150 mL water
at 80 - 85°C and brew it for 3 to 5 minutes.
This provides at least 3 to 4 good infusions.

White tea is similar to green tea. It contains
anti-oxidant substance and with lowest caffeinet.
